Web Site Maintenance Options

Choose the level of optional Maintenance and Support best suited to your needs.

The following items are included with the development of your Website and monthly Server rental at no additional charge:

• Detailed graphical reports (WebStats) are compiled daily to provide you with a wealth of data including among other things; who is accessing your site, what pages, files, forms and programs were accessed as well as when the access took place and even from where your visitors linked.
• Your Website will be posted with all of the major Internet search engines.
• Copyright will be held by you on any HTML files that we develop for your organization (less any photographs taken by our photographers).
• Backup of all of your HTML files will be made and copies supplied on request.

Level 1 Service - Unlimited E-mail support & Monitoring
Description: All Unix programming of Server functions are handled by Ashton ITC along with uploading of relevant files. WebStats are compiled daily and uploaded to a restricted directory on the Server. Up to 1 hour per month of site development/updates, CGI programming or site administration is included. Client can receive answers to questions and technical support at any time through E-mail.

Level 2 Service - Website Maintenance
Description: All Level 1 services including daily WebStats plus the client is consulted with on a monthly basis and up to 2 hours per month of site development/updates, CGI programming or site administration are included. The client's site is monitored on a daily basis to ensure proper service.

Level 3 Service - Full Internet Presence Service
Description: All Level 2 services including daily WebStats plus the client may consult with Ashton ITC as often as necessary by e-mail, phone or FAX regarding support or any changes that may be desired with their site. Further, we will advise the client of any new trends emerging on the net that they should be aware of. Up to 6 hours per month of site development/updates, web search engine position analysis & maintenance, CGI programming or site administration are included. Ashton ITC will analyze the client's position in the major search engines each month and edit the website as needed to attain/maintain a top position in the major search engines. A monthly WebPosition report will be provided that shows the client's position in the top 10 search engines each month. This very affordable option is like having an in-house Internet department staffed with interactive marketing gurus, programmers, Web authors, multimedia specialists and sales people versed in new media promotion.
